Birch represent an opportunity to demonstrate a new concept of sustainability and dining with lush indoor planting. The idea of integration of living component such as flowering shrubs, vines, moss etc. internally, around and above the dining space not only creating a unique dining experience but it is also act as a natural component to assist in achieving a better comfort level  for the visitors. The Birch offered an experience to disconnect the outside environment where the visitors will be greeted by lush and colorful landscape once it enters The Birch Café compound.

 

The indoor plant is considered one of the most important components of the project that need to merge holistically with the architectural and interior design. The Birch with the real indoor planting with hanging green chandelier, floral wall and green cage covered with moss aimed to connect the idea of interior-scape providing a breath of fresh air in a confined living space.
